JOB Location: QATAR-Doha, Middle East.

JOB Type: Permanent.

JOB TITLE: OD / CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

OBJECTIVES : To support the project and provide change management and communications expertise to ensure the project elements are effectively implemented and appropriate culture change and learning is embedded in the organization

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or related is required.
• Post-graduate qualification desirable (MSc/MBA/HRM)
• 7-10 years of related experience preferably in the oil and gas sector.
• Prior experience on large complex HR projects
• Knowledge of organizational systems, change management techniques and principles and measurement tools is required.
• Ability to communicate and promote effective change management programmes and process re-engineering to diverse audiences at all organization levels
• Recent/current Middle East or other International work experience an advantage
