JOB Location: QATAR-Doha, Middle East.

JOB Title: “SENIOR DIRECTOR – GROUP INVESTMENT”

Salary: 100 % TAX FREE Competitive Salary Package + EXPAT Benefits.

KEY WORDS:

Mergers & Acquisitions, Validate Investments, including expertise in CAPEX, OPEX, inter connections, traffic analysis, revenue assurance, Subsidiaries, Wireless Service Operations.  GSM Cellular environment Investments Experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• He/she must be an expert with the Corporate Finance Laws and regulations.
• 10-15 years experience (Experience in a renowned GSM Cellular Telecom company is an absolute must for this role)
• Should have excellent experience in “Investments” domain either in an Investment Bank or a leading Telecom company.
• Excellent experience in M&A experience in Telecom space will be a big plus.
• Good exposure on various Financials systems and practices
• Good knowledge of various Taxation laws, especially corporate tax, income tax, Insurance laws etc, disclosure formalities, stock market regulations etc.
• Multi cultural sensitivity, team player, leadership quality are factors essential for this role.
• Cross country exposure will be a definite plus.
• Preferably MBA or a CPA minimally or you must have an undergraduate degree in business administration, Finance or economics.
• It is essential that the person has worked in a Senior Finance role for at least 8-10 years.
